ahh, just dont feel like drivin from norton to coetown every evening anymore really

Norton has at least 2 more fitness centers. One is next to Sav-a-Lot and the other is beside Dr. Kotay's office. Don't know their names or cost of membership.
The one beside Sav-A-Lot is called Fit One and is part of Norton Community Hospital. This gym is pretty nice with mainly machines and very little free weights the last time I was in there.
I have also heard the Front Street Fitness may no longer be. Talked with family of the owner and he said the owners may be moving out of state, Florida I think, this was about a month ago.

I believe Florida's where they're from originally anyways. Guess I won't be re-upping my membership there.

Just stop by Hard Rock and talk to Chris. He is usually there 12-6. But if you are a member, you have a key and can go as you please.
I have always wondered about the key thing and the come and go as you please. Can they actually do that, what about during the middle of the night. I just can't see that happening without someone being there or monitering it. Say you have a girl working out at 11 or 12 or 1 in the morning, whatever, and some random gym member who perhaps is a male comes in and hits the juice just a bit too hard and he decides to make some moves on said chick and it turns out ugly. Can't they get in trouble or sued over stuff like that or is that stated in the contract. I have always wondered about that and see people working out in there at all hours.

no they can't get sued. Because the female would sign the exact same contract, and have access just as the male.
I don't understand what everyones beef with Hard Rock is. The owner while he may not come off as the nicest guy, has legitimate reasons for not upgrading equipment. I mean, he's not joking around when he says that he is owed that much money by the members over the years. Its gotta be over $100,000 dollars in loss profits for him.
Seriously though, Hard Rock is still a good gym. Its got everything you need, and he has always been good to the members that pay on time. 24 hour a day key access is great. I don't know where Id workout at if Hard Rock wasn't open.
